NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO DOCG

A wine with a sweetly fruity aromatic texture and light salty and spicy touches. It develops in the mouth complete and articulated, crunchy and broad, fresh and full of chiaroscuro.
Complete and complex wine, with a radiant finish.

AGE OF VINEYARD: 17 years
YIELD PER HA: 45 q / ha
HARVEST: Manual in boxes followed by selection of the bunches on a first sorting table and selection of the berries after destemming.
VINIFICATION: Destemming, partial crushing, placing in stainless steal tank and wooden tank for fermentation at a low controlled temperature and maceration for about 22-25 days.
AGING: 15 months in French tonneaux and big barrels followed by minimum 9 months in bottle.
